About Us

James was born in South Dakota. At a young age his parents introduced him to the Virgin Islands on a family trip. He fell in love with Caribbean blue water and the serenity of the islands. He has lived on all three islands (St Croix, St Thomas and St John) for 31 years. He chose St John to be his home as the island optimized what he had always dreamed about living in a tropical island with a beautiful white sand beach, tradewind breezes and amazing view. He was one of the contractors to joined and completed the Westin hotel resort in St. John and Ritz Carlton in St Thomas. He had fulfilled his dream by building Mandavilla Properties ( Ylang Ylang, Ginger Thomas, Mandavilla Rose, Alexandra Cottage and The Mandavilla) & Sheshellsvilla ( Searenity Villa, Seascape Villa and Seabreeze Cottage).
