Seascape Villa is a magnificent luxury one-bedroom and one full bath on the first-floor level of a private two floors villa located on a private cul-de-sac Estate Pastory with spectacular views of the Caribbean water, mountains of St John, and surrounding cays. The town of Cruz Bay and the ferry dock are about two minutes’ drive. In Cruz Bay, you will find plenty of shopping, an art gallery, and many fine restaurants.

The property is gated with a beautiful circular driveway surrounded by colorful flamboyant trees. It’s tranquil and private with its own entrance and driveway. Seascape Villa offers a stylish and spacious room with an elegantly furnished sitting area with a dining area, a full kitchen, a laundromat, a 42’ TV in the bedroom with AC, 75’ TV in the living room.

The main living area opens via glass sliding pocket doors onto the covered 1000 square feet verandah with patio dining table and outdoor sitting furniture.
An entire house is powered by a generator when the grid goes down which happens often on the island. You can still feel the comfort without any interruption.
